man talk about nitpicking about details that NOBODY cares or noticed. Marlow and Talbot wasn't flushed out enough to your satisfaction? I was fine with it. I didn't have any disappointment with how those characters were handled. The game ended in an anti climatic way? Are you kidding me? Did we play the same game? That last sequence was edge of the seat, eye drooling, heart pounding out of this world sequence. What are these idiots talking about? The pirate section was just "filler"? who are these two morons? Are you seriously calling the pirate sections fillers? Myself and all of my friends talk about how great and awesome that section was. Blah blah blah, the only complaint that had merit was the aiming. It wasn't as tight as UC2 but everything else these two muppets compained about are moronic.
I don't understand the complaints about the aiming. I finished the game with no problem and am about a third of the way through on crushing, again no problem. Actually I'm finding it not difficult enough, I expected crushing to be harder, it certainly was on the previous games.
This article sums up all my problems with the game campaign. It easily highly overrated just because its the sequal to Among thieves. Among thieves did everything right character development, cold hearted villain, betrayel, everything in the campaign mode was perfect. It sucks to say it but Uncharted 3 single player was a borefest to me..the set pieces were amazings but the story overall lacked a lot !!! Won't be playing the SP again. Hopefully they address the issues that this game had on the next installment. Still love the series for its cinematic approach Uncharted 2 is still my best game this gen.
Best article I've read so far which properly summarizes the problems I noticed with the campaign, characters, gunfights, and controls. Uncharted 3 isn't a bad game by any means, but it hardly deserves all these 10s being thrown its way either.
