Fallout rights could potentially revert back to Interplay, no more Fallout: Online trial by Jury

In the latest twist in the Bethesda vs. Interplay case, there will no longer be a trial by jury. Instead, a clause from the original APA contract was enacted which means the court will decide the case. In addition, Interplay has revealed that it will be arguing for the nullification of the contract, which would result in Bethesda losing the rights to Fallout.

ugh out of all the judges i seen few times i dislike her ALOT shes an extreme ass for no reason other then for power

Interplay should just sell whatever they are holding left to Bethesda and start a new project or something

I don't give a dim about Fallout online, but is this a risk for main Fallout titles?

I doubt it'll happen Bethesda actually paid millions for it then pretty much made the franchise what it is today, even though I hope Interplay win the MMO case I really hope they don't get the Fallout IP back as they would most likely ruin it.
