Grip4543d ago (Edited 4543d ago )

that's bad for Us as gamers! and unfair too!.. but anyway it will release tomorrow. Enjoy u Australian bastards and plz no spoilers

jozzah4543d ago

Your games are usually about $30-40 cheaper than ours here in Australia and everyone on PC still has to wait. Chill out.

BitbyDeath4543d ago

We didn't get Uncharted 3 until 3 days after you guys.

Saladfax4543d ago

If memory serves, many releases see long delays before arriving in Australia. They get one a day early? I'd say they've earned it.

maxbox994543d ago

In Canada we have EBgame does it mean I can go pick my copy???

limewax4543d ago (Edited 4543d ago )

Actually I am pretty sure the Australian PC copy is live anyway. People have been using VPNs to get a leg up all day. Here in the Uk it is only an hour away so I am pretty sure its live over there

SP3333D-O4544d ago

Doesn't mean Amazon will ship any sooner, unfortunately.

GilesCorey4544d ago

So... does this mean I can pick up my GameStop copy now as well?

GrumpyVeteran4544d ago

Sorry son this is for Australia only. We don't even have a Gamestop here, instead they're called EB Games.

sohaben4544d ago

Brownghost4543d ago

My mall used to have an EB games then it was converted to a gamestop

N311V4543d ago

I'm Replaying Skyrim (again), and So Should You

Replaying Skyrim after 13 years is a reminder of the progress made in western RPGs over the last decade, but also what's been lost.

I tried, but it's a poorly made game that insults its customers.

lucian22913d ago

nah, only mods make it decent, and even then it's bad, and this is after i modded for at least 3 years

Nittdarko13d ago

Funnily enough, I'm about to play it for the first time in VR with 1000 mods to make the game playable, as is the Bethesda way

"I started playing games yesterday" the List... Meh!

How about a few RPGs that deserve some love instead?
1 - Alpha Protocol - Now on GOG
2 - else Heart.Break()
3 - Shadowrun Trilogy
4 - Wasteland 2
5 - UnderRail
6 - Tyranny
7 - Torment: Tides of Numenera

And for a bonus game that flew under the radar:
8 - Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden

DustMan13d ago

Loved Alpha Protocol in all it's glorious jank. Great game.

SimpleSlave13d ago (Edited 13d ago )

Not only glorious jank, but the idea that the story can completely change depending on what you do, or say, or side with, makes it one of the most forward thinking games ever. The amount of story permutation is the equivalent of a Hitman level but in Story Form. And it wasn't just that the story changed, no, it was that you met completely new characters, or missed them, depending on your choices. Made Mass Effect feel static in comparison.

Alpha Protocol was absolutely glorious, indeed. And it was, and still is, more Next Gen than most anything out there these days. In this regard at least.

Pity.
