This week sees the release of two much anticipated AAA titles: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Being AAA titles, they both command $59.99 at brick-and-mortar retailers and online distributors like Steam.
Thankfully for K-Mart coupons I'm getting both. But if I HAD to choose I'd go with Skryim, simply because that series has seen 1 game this gen and Call of Duty..ya
I went with Skyrim CE and Saints Row The Third. I'm set.
Saints Row really looks like a breath of fun.
Skyrim. Been waiting years for it.
I already own Modern warfare, i really dont want to buy another map pack with new perks. Besides i believe maps are something the community should be making, its not something the developer should be milking. My moneys on Skyrim.
not sure which one if going to have an expanded edition with a lot more content which will make the one releasing now obsolete?
The right thing to move industry forward is to buy Skyrim but the fun, entertaining, and instant action is MW3. I'm buying MW3 first and then Skyrim will have to wait until the Winter holidays.
By money will be going to Assassin's Creed: Revelations next week.
MW3, UC3, Batman, Assassin's Creed, Saints Row 3, and a bunch of older titles is where my money will be going, just as soon as I finish exams on Saturday.
See ya next year ha
Gonna have to say definitely Skyrim. While call of duty is great it doesn't quite capture the open world free roam aspect. Actually it doesn't capture it at all.
i bought DARK SOULS UNCHARTED 3 MASS EFFECT 2 (20 BUCKS) buying SKYRIM BATTLEFIELD 3 AND SAINTS ROW THE THIRD.
Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Skyrim SuperMario 3D Land Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Assassin's Creed Revelations The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Bundle Mario Kart 7 oh yeah im set till next year which isnt really that long lol
mw3, skyrim, Assasins Creed: Revalations, Halow Aniversary, & Saints Row: The Third
forgot about revelations, i need that too.
Skyrim and Medieval Moves for me.
Skyrim day one and MW3 probably later on for Christmas.
Neither. For the month of November it's UC3, MGS HD Collection, and UMvC3. Eventually down the line, maybe when they release a GOTY, it will be Skyrim.
Nice, I'm excited for UMvC3 too. As much as I hate having to pay extra for characters, I cannot RESIST!!DAMN YOU CAPCOM!!!!
Skyrim has already been bought just need to pick it up on Friday. Thinking i wanna get MW3 or BF3 or just get Assassin's Creed.
dont get battlefield 3 if you are going to play the campaign it pretty muched sucked. Im planning on ac revalations & skyrim will keep me busy until like new year lol
Yeah, that's why im not sure on it. The MP is fun but all my friends are going to be playing MW3. -_-
I'm getting both... I really think MW3 is getting ragged on way too much though. While it does use the same engine, it's adding more to the series than any COD title has since the original MW. I mean there's TONS of new co-op stuff...the single player looks to be more than 3 hours, and I'll agree that the multiplayer isn't a revolution, but if it was..it would upset all the people that love COD so much.
It's getting ragged because the graphics look the same as the past 2-3 games, they don't really change the multiplayer too much, and the amount of hackers is ridiculous (at least when I played MW2 on 360)
Skyrim. If someone gives me MW3 I'll trade it in unopened.
Skyrim. I have been waiting for it for 5 years.
5 and a half.......goes back to sleeping away the next few days......
metal gear solid hd collection...
