Honestly, who cares about OnLive?

I occasionally use Onlive, and can say that they have the best deals out there. So yes, some care about Onlive.

Well you can't deny that it is great to be able to play the first 30 minutes of games that do not have any demos available.
Now streaming full games...that's something else.

I remember when they posted this, kinda confusing.

I got Lord of the Rings: War in the North for $1, and since OnLive messes with the coding for the game, they ended up removing a chest that completely breaks the game (cannot progress without the key).

I understand why they do this, they remove things that make it rougher to stream, and they remove video settings so it is static, but when they remove in-game chests/items, they really risk ruining it, which is what happened with WITN, oh well. They haven't said how long it will take to fix, but I'm not going to complain too heavily, I got it for a dollar. It is the only game I own through them, I don't personally like the service, I prefer my games to look beautiful, plus, my internet sucks.

Yeah, I understand that and my friends told me about that bug. Too bad, I spent my $1 on Deus Ex: Augmented Edition. I actually don't like the game that much, the quality goes down A LOT.

Yea, my computer is good enough to handle most games, which is why I don't care too much for OnLive. I appreciate what they are trying to do, but I think it will be a few years before the tech is really good enough to work perfectly. And yea, I would have spent my $1 on something a hell of a lot better, but I already owned Deus Ex and several others, so I figured, $1 on a new release was a great deal.
