Overall Battlefield 3 is a fantastic game and is sure to provide fierce competition to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. For multiplayer fans this is one of the best online shooters ever created with enough here to keep them busy for months and months. While the single player isn't great it certainly shows off the potential of the Frostbite 2 engine and we can't wait to see what future games do with it. Players with top spec PC's get the better looking game but console owners will find a better online experience due to not being forced to use Battlelog. For the multiplayer alone Battlefield 3 is essential gaming.
Whether it comes through remakes or a new game with a similar style, DICE should aim to revive the glory days of Battlefield 3 and Bad Company 2.
hmmm I think there will be no old BF glory days for EA since they are loyal to their greediness and laziness :D
