Tiga boss, psychologist defend Rockstar's position

Tiga president Fred Hasson and psychologist Guy Cumberbatch were today called to speak in defence of Rockstar at the appeal against the BBFC's decision to refuse certification for Manhunt 2.

Hasson told the Video Appeals Committee panel he had played four levels of the game and was "surprised at how tame it is compared to some very graphical scenes I've seen in other games which have received certification. I expected it to be a lot worse… I can't believe that this has been singled out as something that is worth banning." (Industry, Manhunt 2, PS2, PSP, Wii)
