Never dismiss your customers, ever! What sounds stupid to me, may be important to the next guy and he is a paying customer also………..

This guy comes across as a complete and total arrogant tosser. What he's basically saying is that he dismissed people's complaints initially because he didn't care but now that it's effecting them financially they'll do a complete u-turn.

Can use fancy false heartfelt words such as "emotionally important" and go on to talk big about how connected Eve people are but lets be honest, they only care because money talks. While it's great that they've decided to focus on what the fans want, the damage will leave a bitter taste and shows how much the developers really care about their fans.

That's generally the best way to get the message across. We aren't spending money for our health on playing these games.
