Xboxer360's Kris Wall writes: Hello true believers. Through Marvel’s Spiderman, you may not have believed a boy could fly, but you certainly believed that a simple spider bite could make you swing and soar about the city in spectacular style. Spiderman has had quite a chequered history beyond the pages of comics. For every Spiderman 2 there is a Spiderman 3. For every animated series, there is still a Spiderman 3. In 2004, developer Treyarch hit the sweet spot with their Spiderman 2 tie in, taking Spiderman and placing him within a large open word recreation of New York City and letting gamers swing about to their hearts content. Recent years have seen the webbed wonder fall from grace and the licence not being used to its full potential, while the Batman licence under the guidance of Rocksteady has gone from strength to strength. It’s been just a year since Spiderman’s last adventure in Shattered Dimensions and now developer Beenox are back with another time hopping adventure.
