Universal Gamer - Battlefield 3 Review

Electronics Arts has invested enough in this moving version of its Battlefield franchise which has invested in enough to give us a gaming experience that makes the player feel as if in real combat. This is partly thanks to its new graphics engine called Frostbite 2, which has a high potential graph and allows us to see our more fluid character movements and real explosions and see the destruction of the environment almost as if they were real, among other things . 10/10

Bf3 single player is a solid 7.5/10. If anything, its worth a play through just for the graphics

Haha that's what is keeping me playing (only 20 minutes in). I just walk and stare at everything. The game is beautiful :) and it runs amazingly well!

6850 runs on ultra full post-AA (no MSAA) at 35-50 fps. I can't wait to CF!

SP is entertaining, good 5 hours with some pretty epic set pieces but yes overall it is average at best. but really if you buy BF3 or any military FPS for the singleplayer for full price you are doing it wrong. Use your money for Uncharted 3 and Skyrim instead

However if your a competitve MP kind of guy (like me) bar none this is one of the best multiplayer games this year. hundreds of hours of MP is well worth the $60.
