Found this part to be interesting(of course it falls in line with the title of the article):
"You can be able to steal any weapons from your enemies that aren’t using. At the very top end, you’ll be able to steal the clothes your victims are actually wearing."

Looking at being able to rank my thief up high enough to strip everyone of their clothes in the middle of a bar or market and watch to see what kind of Chaos it causes?

It does seem like it was probably translated. But no worries, for it gave us a number of very interesting and specific tidbits. In particular, I've been dying to know at what point you get to dual cast destruction magic, and now we know it's at level 20. And knowing is half the battle.
