Mists of Pandaria: Why World of Warcraft No Longer Holds Any Appeal

RipTen: I’ve played WoW on and off since 2007, shortly after the Burning Crusade expansion went live. My heaviest period of play was during the Wrath of the Lich King era, including the year long wait between the Icecrown raid and Cataclysm launch. Finally taking down the Lich King was one of my favorite moments in WoW. I was fairly motivated back then, even during the great update drought, where several of my guild mates grew burnt-out from the lack of content and the status quo.

The story is too old to be commented.

Yep. WoW has officially jumped the shark as far as I'm concerned. So many great MMOs on the horizon.

Guild Wars 2 says hi ^__^

EVE Online is the only one for me. As someone just not into playing as an "avatar" in an MMO and who loves the space theme there's no competitor.

Ive never played WoW and have only ssen it played by friends but really. Is it really called "mists of pandaria" and is about giant pandas that are ninjas??

Thats pretty lame, they should just move on to diablo, its way better than WoW.

It'll still be a good expansion, it's just not for me.

Awesome! I can't wait to play as Po!

So wow has Panda's now? is this because of the Kung fu panda 2 movie? Damn you jack Black!

Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos
Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne

I assume both was released prior to Kung Fu Panda and can be considered inspired by Warcraft combat Pandas.
