Kotaku: Should You Buy Battlefield 3? Yes

Battlefield 3 was one of my most anticipated games of this fall. It is the latest iteration in a long-line of beloved shooters from a team of developers who know what they're doing, but I also love a good fight. I'm not just talking about the endless gun battles you get into in the game. I'm talking about the tooth-and-nail brawl that pits Battlefield against Call of Duty. Things tend to get better when two developers are trying to be the best at something. So how did it work out for Battlefield 3?

The story is too old to be commented.

"Is battlefield good? Yes.* Should you buy it? Yes."
"Is kirby good? Yes. Should you buy it? No**."

* Eccept the single player campaign, which is horrible.
** Because we don't like Nintendo.

That's what I'm getting from the last two stories posted on n4g from Kotaku.

Bf3's single player is not horrible, it's just generic and funnels you.

I have no opinion, having not played it. I'm simply commenting on Kotaku's stories.
In the opener for the battlefield story, the Kotaku writer said:
"Battlefield 3's multiplayer is as good as its single-player campaign is bad."

Nope. Spending my money on better games.

BF3 is a rent at best.
