"Jeff is riding solo on this one, but that’s okay. He is joined by our good friends at Kisareth Studios. They talk about the release of the new Enhanced Edition of Chronicles of a Dark Lord Episode 1. They put a release time line on Episode 2, and they talk about how Kisareth Studios is growing."
In this interview with three members of the studio (two do most of the talking), we learn about the CEO’s tumultuous history that led to her aspiration in game development, a former YouTuber who was asked to join the team after humorously criticizing the game, and how the entire Chornicles of a Dark Lord franchise was birthed from 20 years of role-playing on AOL.
Discussing the positive influence women have in game development as well as the potential for further positive influences.
I'm definitely wanting to become a game designer x) . Not a whole lot of anything for experience though (some dabbling with Oblivion mods, toying with Half Life 2 as well) but it is of an interest of mine.
I find anything with a kit just so much fun to play with as to be able to get in deep with it.
The best part about writing this article was meeting a developer whose attitude was completely opposite to that of people like Anita Sarkeesian. Here was a woman who said "I create characters that fit with the game. If the girl I'm designing has to be weak to fit with the game, she's gonna be weak." I'm paraphrasing of course, but the general idea is that the characters made for games can be made without any consideration about anything other than the integrity of the game itself. These kinds of developers need to be heard more than people like Anita Sarkeesian.

"Kisareth Studios‘ Graphics guru John Sierra and QC Tester extraordinaire Chris Waegelein drop by to talk current events regarding the re-release of Episode I, and the prequel. We talk about “auditioning” for publishers, and all sorts of other neat stuff!"
