Sony: April PSN outage has resulted in improved service

Sony senior director of global business strategy and development So Saida is stating that the massive PlayStation Network outage in April, in which hackers stole consumer information from users, has had one silver lining. Saida told TechRadar in an interview that Sony learned how to improve the service.

And like what has been said many times over, it could have easily been XBL going down, when a hacker group wants in they're getting in, no 2 ways about it.
