Band Sue Harmonix, Red Octane Over Gutair Hero Cover

Rock band The Romantics have filed suit against Harmonix, RedOctane and Wavegroup Sound for the cover version of "What I Like About You", included in Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s, reports Billboard. (Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, Industry, PS2, PS3, Wii, Xbox 360)
