Destructoid - Kirby's Return to Dream Land Review

Destructoid's Jim Sterling writes, "Although polished to modern standards, Kirby's Return to Dream Land carries the spirit of the 16-bit era in its heart, bringing one back to a time when games could be bright and happy without feeling the need to serve two scoops of cynicism at the same time. Wii Music and Mario Party 8 say hi, but aside from that kind of crap, i agree.

Well damn, 10/10? I dont even know if I believe that....I mean, I figured this would be a great game, but worthy of a 10? I doubt it...

Mykky2343d ago

I agree, i doubt it too! Hopefullt it's true though :)

MoXxXi2343d ago

Yeah, I want to be hopeful. I dont have a wii anymore now that i moved out of my house, but I still want to try this game out.

Hmm... I was pretty excited for this game but 10/10 seems like they're just trolling. I've been a fan of the Kirby series since the original GB game but from the mixed reviews and the focus on multiplayer... it looks like a fun game but no masterpiece. I'll have to try it for myself and be the judge but I'll chalk it up to "typical destructoid review".

I was not expecting a score like this.

Though Kirby Allstars for the Snes was boss, so this might be epic also.
