7 minutes of Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City NYCC

Konrad from GamerSheep.com writes: "For a Slant Six (Socom) developed game, I have to admit this one looks really promising and fun. As the player you take control one of six playable characters in a four player co-op campaign. The cool thing is that Operation Raccoon City will allow the player to make major “what-if” decisions such as killing Leon Kennedy, one of the main characters of Resident Evil 2 and the protagonist of Resident Evil 4.
TAKE NOTE! The players are running and gunning! Thanks for catching up with the times Capcom." (Capcom, PS3, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, Slant Six, Xbox 360)

I was waitin for Resident Evil Co-op zombie bashin game ... but normally Im not the kind of person who ever complains about camera angle ... but this game has got zoomed in camera angle which for some reason is makin very uncomfortable for viewing and covers lot of screen area from left.

They have to zoom bit out of characters back when in third person mode and when in scope mode or aim mode they have to do something with characters coverin the complete left side of screen. (I just saw uncharted 3 beta and gears of war 3 in comparison to this game ... they got it right.)

This looks terrible. Capcom and Slant six seem to have no passion for this franchise. They can go screw themselves with this quick cash in.

Seems like they have created a new genre

'Action Boring Attempt At horror'

definitely agree with both of you, seems like crapcom has lost real interest in developing an interesting story and settings 2 games ago (re4, n 5) and just wanna create something for the masses to enjoy rather than stick to what made the franchise, horror, suspense, story, and characters. Just take a look at RE5 Jill and RE Revelations, just about tits and ass when it comes to characters instead of creating a new character with an interesting background and non all TnA they choose a bitch with an emo haircut and showing just as much tits as candy from your local strip club -_-

Of course they don't. Mikami knew Capcom would milk Resident Evil 4, so he pledged not to port it. This is why the GameCube version was superior to the PS2 port.

Just hope Mikami comes back to Capcom and takes over his franchise again, which I doubt will ever happen. R.I.P. Resident Evil. It's a shame you have to be milked like this.

I know a few people that worked on this game, it literally is nothing more than people with no passion just looking for a paycheck. I'm sure there is a few people that appreciate it, but still.

Onimusha was closer to a "Resident Evil" game than this looks.

I hope people actually have a brain and won't buy this

If you buy it to give it a chance then your basicaly giving them a happy sale which will go towards a sequel thus Capcom messing up RE even more......

WTF is with leons face!? pause it at 1:07

This isn't running and gunning, this is sprinting and gunning. Whatever, complaining isn't going to stop the game from being released. Can we at least get releases of the Resident Evil remake or Outbreak on Xbox Live and PSN?
