Playing my kinect games helped me move farther away from the threat of obtaining diabetes. I don't care what anyone says no matter if some of the games are not great you cant argue with the results.

Good for you... I think the fact that people can have fun gaming and stay healthy is great. I've never played any fitness games, but my wife made me buy her a couple for Kinect and Move and she likes them.

I'd highly recommend The Fight: Lights Out for Move players. It's awesome and a workout. Getting that Dynamo trophy will work you out like never before.
