i aint a disabled person but i will be if i did not get MW3 day 1...

You will be one mentally if you do buy it day 1.

OT- We haven't really seen how it helps disabled players yet but its an admirable move. I know someone with one arm who plays rather well. He calls himself Stumpy (no I'm not trolling)- the fact that he can be humourous about his condition is all the more admirable.

One hand, commending someone with a disability, while on the other, using a mental disability as some form of insult/joke. Well done...

Yeah I was just joking around. Don't take it to heart Ezio.

I know a disabled friend who loves COD, he has that same condition that Hawking has

We are a hypersensitive society.

Most people who play COD are already disabled.

They can't tell the difference between a better game.

That game being Battlefield.

Good news for people with disabilities. But why don't they just add fully customisable controls?

And this applies to every game not just MW3. And don't give me that "it will confuse new players blah blah blah". They can just put it as a advance menu. Heck they can even add 10 warnings saying that "These are advance control settings".
