Head2Head: Crysis 1 Screenshot Comparison

Lensoftruth: "Welcome back for another exciting Head2Head! This week we take a detour through the jungle to show you the differences between the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of Crysis. It's close but Xbox looks a little clearer.

I'm just impressed with how good a job Crytek did with this port. I own the PC version and have spent extensive time with the PS3. I was impressed with what they pulled off.

Crysis is fun on ANY Platform.

youll find that the screens pretty much exactly match the LOT ones :)

those vs this:

just took them from my vanilla crysis 1.0 no updates or mods or jack. :)

I own the PS3 version and... when I can put down Dark Souls and actually play Crysis I'll have an opinion on it!

crysis is by far the best looking first person shooter on console.

how they palled those visuals off with all the physics in a sandbox styleaswell is truly amazing.

Xbox looks sharper, but they both look great

I read on the beyond3d forums the 360 version is running at a slightly higher resolution, I think you can see that in these screens.

Yeah this turned out better then I anticipated. Both games look pretty dang good. But if I had to choose 360 would be it.

The xbox version takes the crown for this one, not by much but you can tell it looks like a cleaner picture.
