Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory HD Review - GoozerNation

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is believed to be the greatest title in its series by many gamers. Thanks to the recent HD trilogy on PS3, we can re-experience this great title and its two predecessors all over again. But, is the beauty worth the price? Let’s see how good Sam’s looking in glorious high definition. (PS3, Splinter Cell Trilogy HD, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Classic Trilogy HD) -

Highly disagree. "Chaos Theory" was highly rated by the press. If you asked the SC fans, who have played them all,you will find that they see the first as the greatest. After CA the series went down hill.

By CA, I assume you mean CT. It is true that the series went downhill AFTER Chaos Theory, but not before or during. Chaos Theory did nothing but improve over previous titles. I can respect that your favorite title is the first, everybody has their own opinion and many fans love the first in their favorite series the most, but that doesn't mean it is undisputedly the best.

Have you ever played the PS2 version of Double Agent? Totally different from the PS3/360 version and in my opinion the best of the series.

Good to see more HD remakes
