EA responds to Battlefield 3 ESRB rating

EA issued Eurogamer the following statement: "I don't think you understand the gravity of the situation. For God's sake, there is a nuke in Paris! Millions of lives are at stake!!"

Nobody likes to shoot cops (well, some people might differ, see above, ?? wth).

But it creates this conflict within the player that you have to go drastic measures to save millions. This has been done over and over in movies/TV shows.

How far would you go if you'd know there is a nuke in town and an officer is in your way and you got no time to explain? One vs. Millions. "24" anyone, and similar shows?

BF3 campaign is one of those games.
You know the one where the characters spam F-bombs to distract you from the boring story.

Luckily COD games don't rely on F-bombs to keep you interested.
