GSC GameWorld responds to STALKER 2's always-online DRM

DSOGaming writes: "All hell's broke loose and all STALKER fans were really disappointed when they found out that STALKER 2 would probably require a permanent internet connection in order to be played. As you may have guessed, GSC GameWorld had to act. Fast. And according to the game’s Twitter account, this particular DRM method was only mentioned as a possibility, not a choice."

All this money invested into a broken system. DRM rarely prevent any piracy, heck if you don't believe go search a torrent site or forum.

sounds like they might not even use that drm. They said they were considering it, things got taken out of context as always.
