GameSpot Forza Motorsport 4 Review

Forza Motorsport 4 refines and improves upon its predecessor in a number of ways, but also feels just a little too familiar. (Forza Motorsport 4, Xbox 360) 8.5/10

youve been trolling forza for fu@#ing YEARS and when your "PERFECT" simulator turns out not that perfect then stop spamming forza articles!!!

damn!! ps3 fans (ps3 fanboys in n4g, not in general) are worst
Emilio_Estevez  +   1080d ago
Dude, it goes both ways. Forza'ers troll gt'ers and vice versa on every related article just as COD and Battlefielders do. We all know you should not feed the trolls, don't waste your time with providing links, no one needs proof. Just mark as trolling and move along.
dark-hollow  +   1080d ago
Where???
Show me ONE non negative article about gt that got stormed with trolls like the articles I've put above.

You can't deny that this site is totally biased for the ps3.

They also called it forza 3.5.
They should stop making forza games and develop a new Project Gotham Racing game.
kikizoo  +   1080d ago
@gray extreme fanboy : Yeah sure, better resolution/graphic/physic + "fake" used by real racers, but i hope you like it, because it's one of the two exclusives you have to play this year...and don't even try to compare two standards and two different hardware, it's like comparing some wii scores with ps3 nitpicked games..

you have dante inferno with 9/10, ps3 has gow3 with some 8, and guys like you have to think that dante inferno is better (but gamers know)

Gamespot review politic is so stupid. The preview guy says one thing, and the reviewer is completely different and seen uninteressed in the game. Playing like a burnout game, 99% of chase view footage, I can't remember seen a replay footage in the entire review, some nitpicks like the AI making mistakes on rewind, or wrong information like multi-class racing making a debut. What a boring review compared to the excellent preview with awesome footage.

Fair score. F4 is simply F3 with 4 new tracks (5-New York) and some cars. The same events, the same races, some graphical improvments, some graphical dowgrades. It's Forza 3,5.
Blogz4Fanboyz  +   1080d ago
listen, how many sequels are nothing but the things you just listed??

it's only when sequels jump generations do we really see huge improvements.
humbleopinion  +   1080d ago
Exactly! Also: mostly same last gen cars, only upscaled.

Oh, wait. Wrong game
JANF  +   1080d ago
lolol. That was priceless! lolol.
killerhog  +   1079d ago
But still look better then current gen cars. No "oops" forza 3/4 cars look just as good as the gt5 standard

"But still look better then current gen cars. No "oops" forza 3/4 cars look just as good as the gt5 standard"

Are you really that stupid or just trolling?
Blogz4Fanboyz  +   1080d ago

To the people talking smack about Forzas handling calling it arcade like...

How many of you have actually driven a car around a track, its feels nothing like GT or Forza, so instead of saying GT5 is a real simulator, I can tell you from many years of experience it's nothing like it.

Sorry, rant incoming...
Ok, to anyone who seriously thinks that GT5 is breeding REAL RACE CAR DRIVERS: Stop eating Acid tabs for lunch.

The Polyphony/sony/GT5/driving challenge thing is a marketing ploy...and apparently a brilliant one at that, because many people seem to think that once you play enough GT5, it's so real that driving an actual 170 mph lap in a Zonda C10 will become like second nature to you. Do you really think they just pluck any old gamer off his/her couch and stick them in the drivers seat? Of course not, because all parties involved would be knee deep in lawsuits as soon as the first kid wrapped his race car around the concesssion stand, trying to take that hairpin turn at 90 mph. The people who compete in the GT driving challenge are enrolled in classes and trained to be professional racers.

I'm not taking away the fact that playing a lot of GT will give you a greater understanding of natural car physics and handling, but that is barely a foundation from which you build your skills as a real race car driver. I'm just saying this is as stupid a fanboy comment as saying that your accuracy with an M-16 has been improved from playing military FPS's.

And to compare apples to apples: GT fans can complain all they want. For my $60, GT5 was one of my most dissapointing purchases of last year. I was utterly dissapointed that I waited 6 years for a game that forces you to use the "non-premium" (I'm a cockpit-view racer, so that was a HUGE issue for me) cars and shuts off damage for the first 30% or so of the game. I'll be able to pop in Forza and get right into it from the start.

And If any of you Sony Trolls EVER played Forza 3 in full sim mode, with all assists turned off you would know that it played almost identically to GT5. You're all just bitter because your exclusive just isnt the better one this time around. Sorry fanboys.
