Check out a new trailer for the Kinect first-person shooter Blackwater.
Lol oook, Can we get anymore dramatic.
Pew, pew, pew,
LMFAO I can already see a video of someone kicking the tv instead of the door on youtube coming soon!!
seriously... and that youtube video will get watched over an over. I love all those kinds of videos. Dad smacking his kid playing volley ball... Wii owner chucking remote into TV... its all brilliantly funny stuff. And for that ... I do thank the casual game trend. :)
Now that's a commercial! The game looks interesting, but there is a boat load of good games coming out soon, this one will probably have to take a back seat for now.
lol ah man, that was funny.
Hahha.... Funny, but lame!
That was retarded.
At 0:30 it looked like he was about to put the gun in his mouth and end it all.
It looks like a rail shooter. Does it move the character around for you and you just point your finger and shoot like you were a 6 yr old playing cowboys and indians with your grandmother? IMO, this is where Kinect will absolutely fail for the core crowd it seems to be trying to target. shooting with your fingers is LAME. I'm sorry, but it just IS! MS needs to learn From the PS Move and develope some peripherals along the lines of the Sharpshooter. The Sharpshooter took a minute to get the hang of, but once you figure out the movement and sensitivity of it it's gangbusters. And Blackwater!?! Seriously!? Tell me this game doesn't end with the player being dragged through the streets of some Middle Eastern slum and lit on fire by an angry mob..
From this commercial I suddenly see the potential for Kinect as a viable training tool... for mimes.
That guy is severly constipated apparently. What were those faces? Plus- he looks like he would still be playing this game even if the Xbox and t.v. were off.... A Blackwater game...really? Why? They aren't even called Blackwater anymore.
