Grand Theft Auto IV: Second Look

By now, we've all heard the backstory of Niko Bellic, the Eastern European protagonist in the upcoming GTA IV.

Having conducted all manner of illicit activities in his unspecified home country, he's come to the U.S. to start anew.

His cousin Roman lured him with tales of women and riches - all lies, meant to cover up Roman's ailing taxicab business and troubles with local gangs.

again rockstar, how far is this game behind schedule, for a game that was suppose to be out a month ago we have yet to recieve any new information or gameplay news, this is worrying to say the least.

...really showed anything on their other GTA titles until they were about to release?I think they just want to surprise the hell out of everyone and avoid having the things they come up with from being copied.Rockstar is a bunch of secret keepers.

I'm going to miss the quirkyness of San Andreas. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for realism, but sometimes flying a fighter jet around a city then parachuting on top of a building and sniping people from up there is really quite fun.

Also, I really hope all the humor from the previous GTAs isn't lost in this new realism.

I really hope they don't turn GTA4 into just another third person shooter. The weird and crazy missions, flying around in jetpacks/helicopters/planes, Tanks, and causing general mayhem is part of what GTA is and is supposed to be.
