Batman Arkham City is looking to be a must have this fall. Retailers everywhere are offering some great pre-order bonuses. It seems Walmart, Kmart, and Gamestop are giving the gamers the most bang for their buck including free games, coupons, and digital media. Goozernation has all the details about the pre-orders for Batman Arkham City.
The exclusive bonus crap just nailed the coffin on my already improbable day one purchase .
i wasnt keen on buying it day one given the imo more important games on my hell schedule , but that kind of silly things settle it .
See you later with a "goty/whatever edition" and everything
I don't like all this retailer exclusive dlc stuff and wish they would just sell us the whole game...but no way in hell I'm not buying my most anticipated game of the year on release day because of it.
If I didn't already have Batman Arkham Asylum I would buy AC from Wal-Mart. But since Gamestop had a good deal and the other DLC will come in time I went with them. Also have the game fully paid off. Now I just have to wait patiently until the 18th.
Best Buy is running a video game sale this week for PlayStation 3 games and accessories. You could save money on everything from brand new releases, to video game combo packs and a PlayStation Move Bundle. These video game deals are only around for the week, so hurry up and see what PlayStation 3 products you could be saving money on right now.
Destructoid - It would appear that Namco Bandai may have been a little too conservative with its sales estimates for Dark Souls (review coming soon!), allegations mount around the Internet of retailers overselling their stock. Best Buy, Newegg and Amazon have all reportedly disappointed customers by not having enough copies to meet demand.
My Best Buy or Future Shop didn't get it, Gamestop all sold out, newegg screwed up, and now I here codes are not working.
I really want it but there seem to be a lot of issues. Can't complain because it was free content, but I'd have paid the extra $10, especially for a physical guidebook
I hope Namco decides to make more copies, a lot of people were promised L.E but got screwed, there is a huge communication problem
I think I have to cave in for the standard edition :(
Fry's Electronics has the game for $50.
In store, Chicago location. they had a bunch when I went today.
It is pretty much Demon's Souls 2 with the Nexus being a bonfire.
great game so far.
Did you know that Best Buy is on shaky ground. They are not performing well at all.
Hopefully I will find some games of interest. None of the games from that sample list appeal to me. I am a cheap ass gamer that hunts down good games for low prices.
First toys r us and now best buy is dumping their stock of nintendo games, it looks like the wii is beginning its way out of the brick and mortar commercial retail sector. I think I will be getting a wii soon in the coming months(expect another price drop soon).
The Wii is going to be 100 $ soon right? I want to buy one
