PAX 2011 Aliens: Colonial Marines Interview

Gearbox has made many a great FPS, including the smash hit, Borderlands. Now they’re taking their penchant for making astonishing games and giving the Aliens franchise a much needed boost of awesome. Part of the reason Aliens: Colonial Marines looks so good, is because it literally looks good. It truly hopes to capture the same feel and tension of the films. We took a moment to catch up with the games Minister of Art, Brian Cozzens to find out just how close they’re sticking to the mythology and how many jump out of your seat moments we can expect. (Aliens: Colonial Marines, Culture, Gearbox, PAX, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

That was a really uncomfortable interview. The interviewer has horrible skills. I felt bad for Dan. He was really struggling to play along. I can't wait for the game though. It looks all kinds of awesome!

Right, that did suck. "uhhhh tell us...ugghhh why we are going back to where paul reiser met his demise" God help us. Dan must've been trying really hard to maintain himself, cause he incorrectly stated the rescue was supposed to happen in 17 WEEKS, not days.

you want proof?

one of the best soundboards ever.
