The King of Fighters XIII - "Billy Kane" video released

Video game publisher Atlus has released a number of new videos for its upcoming title The King of Fighters XIII.

This featured video spotlights Billy Kane, one of the fighters making a return to the KOF franchise in The King of Fighters XIII. (PS3, The King of Fighters XIII, Xbox 360)

Clark is already in the game but no K9999. Good luck ever seeing that character re-appear.

I guess you are right, my hopes got slightly raised after seeing footage of Kula's return but the chances of him returning is kinda nil. I just found it so cool that SNK created a character to pay respect to Tetsuo in Akira.
