Robert Bowling Modern Warfare 3 Interview!
I'm still on the fence about picking this up. But I've been waiting to hear more about Spec Ops Mission Mode. Sounds like it's only 2 player which is a shame. Holding it down with three buddies would have been awesome.
is it a long video can someone summarize all the new stuff being ripped off from cs and bf plz? thx . ok watched the coop part sounds like a carbon copy of mount and blade with fire and swords coop.
LOOOOL he says at 0:36 "MW2"!!! This game is MW2.5, its a joke!
-edit Doh just heard it. Why wasn't that edited. Tiny mistake the haters are going to run with.
Dude,its MW3 news,not BF3.....
So is PETA planning to protest this event? Attack dogs with 'fricking" bombs strapped to em.
Peta is going to have a field day with this lol
Does anybody honestly give a shit what those crazy jokers have to say anymore?
Peta can suck my balls
If it can find them Oooooooooooh beeeeef. Jk
i think this game is going to be a bit more than just MW2.5 al that extra spec ops content is great tbh, really liked it in MW2.
I'm liking the spec ops addition here. A survival mode and mission mode, as well as multiplayer and a single player campaign. They are offering quite a lot. And it's not looking too shabby.
But Spec Ops is nothing new. It was in MW2 and now they tweaked it a little.
Which is just fine IMO. I mean the mode wasn't bad, so tweaking it so it's better is a good move. And the survival mode. Though it's obvious they are cashing in on the zombies mode, it's unique enough on it's own and had earned it's own interest. I'd argue that this might be the 1st call of duty to actually match CoD4.
Love the interview it seems like MW 3 is turning out great
So long as its fun i will buy. Man this holiday season is gonna get pricey
410 degree and 11 comment. The popularity of COD doesn't lie. You have 11 or so comment by haters and lots and lots of people actually clicking to get more details and bits of information because they are loving the franchise and plan on buying MW3 , but somehow they were made to feel ashamed and cannot admit that they will buy this along millions of gamer because some sheep here will call them sheep.
I'm gonna be honest. I will buy this game. I lvoe teh CoD franchise. The fact is though is that it IS starting to get stale. I really see this being the last big CoD. As much as I enjoy the series, all good things must come to an end. I really hope this game kicks ass and doesn't feel repetitive!
The things they add or take away are secondary to me. Fix the laggg issues with dedicated servers and i'll buy your game. Passed on black ops will pass on all other s until dedicated servers are added. How does the current match making system determine whos connection gets host anyway? By Download speed? By Upload speed? You tell me if I should be lagging... I get 15 down and 35 up on a recent test.
It's getting old hearing about this lag. You know, I play Madden, where EA has dedicated servers, and the lag on Madden is worse than COD easily. In COD, I can play 20 games, and get about 1 laggy game, and that's until the host either is booted, or we just leave the game. The lag talk is way, WAY over stated and is not as bad as people say. Unless these people are living in the woods, or hicked out areas of the US or whatnot. But here in Orange County CA, maybe our internet isn't as slow or something. I don't know.
The discussion is getting old but trust me the problem is still very present in MW2 and it just goes to show that the dev and pub don't care. "The lag talk is way, WAY over stated and is not as bad as people say " There are comments like these that make me want to go out and buy a capture card and post vids showing otherwise. I know it's the internet and people make things up but trust me the lagg is still very much alive in MW2 and I'm sure the future IW and Trey cod games as well. "Unless these people are living in the woods, or hicked out areas of the US or whatnot" Well let me just tell you that I live just outside of Sacramento, CA and I have a in home fiber optic connection with an ISP called Surewest. So no the old "back woods living" is not an excuse anymore. Edited to add that I have a buddy who lives in orange county and one in long beach and they both complain about lagg as well.
It doesn't matter where you live or how good your internet is, if you connect to someone on the other side of the world from shit matchmaking you are going to lag a lot. CoD has always been bad with matchmaking, even after they state that they fix the problem. The NEED dedicated servers in each countries, then put in a server browser so people can look at their ping to each server and then decide from that which one they want to connect to. Having user hosted servers is the worst idea ever, what if someone is chosen as host and then just pumps out download after download while playing, everyone is going to lag like crazy except for the host.
Lol. So because YOU don't have the problem it's not a problem? Just be quite. I want you to sit there reading this very comment, and not say or type a word. I'm telling you, nay, I'm ordering you to be 'silent'. Good boy. ;)
@ annus +1 I agree with you.
all of u cod haters, BE QUITE! mw3 may not be new but theres no doubt that itll be good, its certain that it wont be good as cod 4. but itll still be good, like 8/10! bf3 will be around 9 to 9.5/10. even if bf3 will be higher rated that doesn't mean that mw3 SUCKS!
im gonna get this game for the storyline and spec ops. and for all around kickass ima get BF3
Lol this robert guy sent me a direct message on twitter about MW2 once.. I wasn't happy with the price, he agreed and said it was a retailing problem they had nothing to do with..cool guy
Oh wow really? That's pretty sound of him. I like the whole pointstreak system. It's a great idea. I'll reserve judgement on this game until it comes out.
spec ops should have been 4-player...
I really couldn't tell that this wasn't MW2... Apparently the fellow from IW couldn't either...
Instead of going on about BF3 and MW3 and which is better than the other just buy them both and stop whining! At the end of the day they both include some kick ass features and are both very different from one another.
