I played it, It's terrible. The lag is unbearable & the graphics are pretty crappy as well.

Recommendation: Wait for BF3 & get that instead.

This is officially the most shallow comment I have ever seen with regards to this game - go swim back to the main stream

I totally agree with enkeixpress, its like playing a 5 year old game.

Ive asked steam for a refund on the preorder because it is so buggy and crashes repeatedly. It also favours the guy who finds a dark corner and does not move for the whole round.

Do you have any gameplay critiques to offer?

Also FYI the graphics are locked to the lower settings in the Beta.

bumnut2426d ago

Its not locked for me, I set it to ultra and it still looks bad.

poor framerate too, and I have an i7 with 2 x gtx 570.

smilydude132426d ago (Edited 2426d ago )

Really? I know in the closed Beta the they were locked to low settings so I assumed it was locked in this one as well.

And again, any gameplay critiques?

kmanmx2426d ago

I couldn't disagree more. I've not encountered any lag, the graphics arn't the best out there but there perfectly fine.

BF3 is nothing like this game.

People that are moaning its buggy ? Wow, theres this thing called, a BETA. It means the games not complete and they're bug testing.

john22426d ago (Edited 2426d ago )

Yeap, people shouldn't judge the graphics or other things as this is still in beta and should provide information about the bugs they're encountering.

However with today's 'things', beta builds are usually the same with the final builds. There are a lot of examples of that trend so most gamers consider them as 'demos' (they shouldn't but still).

The game also comes out on September 16th so I doubt we'll see many changes between this beta and the final build. I hope to be proved wrong, but I doubt it.

Its out in 2 weeks and still needs a lot of work, it is not likely to be any better on release.

Looks like we will have another Cliffs Of Dover on our hands.

JsonHenry2426d ago (Edited 2426d ago )

They have a lot of bugs to fix in under 2 weeks though..

I am sure the game will be fine though. The other games from this small company are all awesome. This will be too.

tdrules2426d ago

people are asking for refund because a BETA is buggy.

fr00ty-wizenhymer2426d ago

People complaining obviously never played the first RO. The game is fine.

Fuck BF3, RO is all about realism.
