Bias lighting and your computer monitor: $13 for more comfortable gaming

It's hard to stare at a computer monitor for hours after dark, with the rest of the lights turned off in your home or office. Still, this is how many of us play games.

I'm a web developer/photographer and I stare at the 'outer' for longer than you can possibly imagine. With lights on and off. The last thing I want is some damn light blaring behind my monitors.

I have the IKEA DIODER for my HDTV (faking Philips Ambilight like a boss), I may try using that for this

I dont care about lights in the back. I rather the keys on my keyboard light up so it is easier to use in the dark, even if i know where all the keys are.

I always have a lamp in the room so I have light in the back
