I'm friends with HHG and I know you and many others like you don't even watch his shows before passing judgement. I have a problem with your kotaku argument. You missed their point. They are saying there will be nothing completely new. Uncharted looks amazing and the story will be great but like he said we already now that. They chose games like Assassins creed where the main excitement for that game is the story (explaining the mystery) Gears and Uncharted do not have this. They will still be great games but they talked about excitement. The other sequels are different. I do not think they are down playing them but they didn't explain themselves properly.

This is funny. Kotaku in all honesty lost some credibility from what I have seen from UC3 and Gears 3. Look I know that BF3, Skyrim etc... are the sexy pick this year but UC3 and Gears 3 for that matter are quality games that should not be overlooked. Both games have done wonders for the industies advancement. In many ways. To start saying same old without playing the finished product and acting like the unknown just makes it better is foolish. Zelda will be still a Zelda game 5 years of development or not it is a known quantity for decades. I really am disappointed that they were featured on one of the most popular gaming shows in the NA and spewed that hot garbage. No one will care I hope but weak minds search for the approval of these gaming websites to make choices rather than just read or listen to their viewpoint.
