To a certain extent, 3rd party companies are known for creating better products than the name brand, or peripherals that fix or patch certain issues with the product itself. Outside of gaming, these offer not only flexibility of price, but a much wider assortment of customization without really compromising quality. I have never found this to be the case with gaming peripherals."
