L.A. Noire DLC review: Naked City, Reefer Madness, Nicholson Electroplating | PS3 Attitude

Round-up of L.A. Noire's DLC content

PS3A says: "There is a load of DLC available for L.A. Noire, and if you want it all, irrespective of what’s said in this review, make sure you take advantage of the Rockstar Pass. For a reasonable one-off payment (£9.99/$11.99), you get most of the content, including two detective suits (Broderick and Sharpshooter), four cases (Naked City, A Slip of the Tongue, Nicholson Electroplating and Reefer Madness) and The Badge Pursuit challenge. That leaves only the The Consul’s Car to pick up."

The DLC as a whole is an 8/10 for me. It's really good. Reefer Madness isn't great but it's still fun. I personally hate the background story noise in the DLC because it just reminds me that the content was cut from the game and sold as DLC. I wish they would of just kept it in. But they took all the missions that didn't have 100% ties to the main story and pulled them. But during the DLC the characeters talk about the main story, and chat about events that have happened.

You just said what I had in mind, 100% agree with you.

The game isn't terrible but I sold it after beating it. Way to repetitive for my tastes. Wouldn't even want to play the DLC as I suspect it's just more of the same.
