El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron Review (Geek Revolt)

Daniel Hill of Geek Revolt writes:

"El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron elicited a lot of emotions from me while playing…and for a lot of different reasons. I experienced awe, rage, nirvana, frustration and utter bewilderment. I usually sit down right after I finish a game and write the review; recalling details off the top of my head. For El Shaddai, however, I had to sleep on it. Was it style, substance, or both? Was its combat system unique and deep, or shallow, imprecise and left unexplained by the games’ many tutorials? Read on." (El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron, PS3, Xbox 360) 3/5
