It feels a bit like a money grab if I'm being honest.

Well considering games like Resistance 3 are already commenting on DLC, this isn't so fast. Had they announced it before the games release then it'd be a bit ridicules.

Also since this game was only $10, I'll take a $2 DLC any day of the week.

On a side note, over 100,000 units sold in it's first week is very, VERY impressive for Microsoft for their first Kinect Arcade title. Hopefully we start seeing a lot more of these.

There's nothing wrong with a developer announcing prior to a games release that they plan on releasing DLC. The problem lies in the DLC releasing shortly after the game releases.

I don't usually stick up for trolls, but there seems to be some hypocrisy in what your saying. Fruit Ninja Kinect is a short arcade game that benefits from early DLC. It's not like it's a full fledged game that is releasing DLC 3 weeks later. This is a simple arcade title that could use some new flavor.

Plus it's only $2, who can argue with that price really? Honestly they could have released the game for $15 but they didn't.

I think people often look at a persons bubble amount and then simply right them off as trolls or whatever, the fact is I've noticed in my short time here that this place is run by a certain kind of group and if you disagree with them you lose bubbles fast.

If you like Call Of Duty, Xbox 360, Kinect then your bubbles wont last long....but hey, that's just my observation.

I don't think there's any hypocrisy in what I said. Most games i'm sure that have DLC are planned prior to the games release. Some announce that they'll be releasing some, others don't. What i'm not a fan of is when a game releases and then not even a few weeks later dlc is released. Sure it's not a big deal since it's only $2 but I still don't agree with it.

It's just an arcade game. It's not a full game. Arcade games are shorter and take far less time to complete/get sick of.

They need new content to keep people interested and best of all, it's totally optional! Nobody is forced to buy it, but at $2, who would really complain?
