TheGameEffect | Deus Ex: Human Revolution Review

It's no secret that delivering the next game in an immensely popular and universally acclaimed franchise is a universally daunting task. The original Deus Ex is considered to be one of the greatest PC titles of all time, and both the original title and its sequel, Deus Ex: Invisible War, have sold over one million copies world wide. The franchise is lauded for its narrative excellence, flexible and rewarding gameplay, and awe-inspiring setting. Suffice to say that Eidos Montreal was filling a tall order - and in all respects, they have delivered. (Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Eidos Montreal, PC, PS3, Xbox 360) 9.5/10
