Notch and the Mojang team are being sued over the rights to the name "Scrolls" (which Bethesda seem to think that gamers will confuse this with The Elder Scrolls series). You have to give it to the Minecraft creator however, he's certainly come up with a great way of solving all these problems in what is certainly a much cheaper way than a costly legal battle."
