Yet Another Gaming Show Episode 258 – Number 4

Just a typical show. Ian is back from vacation. Gaming news to talk about, in particular news from a show we aren’t attending. Mike gushes of Madden. Typical show. Oh yeah, we also had Vikings punter and Tripping Icarus bassist Chris Mother-Loving Kluwe on the show. Chris takes time out of his busy feetsball and bass-picking schedule to do performance art in which he pays “Chris Kluwe”, a character with more nerdery than a bag of Wil Wheatons.

It’s a pretty convincing character. Such is his committment that he adeptly comments on stories like the Minecraft creator challenging Bethesda to a Quake 3 match and the revelations of Gamescom, all while playing League Of Legends. You know, being nerdy and bucking the stereotypes doesn’t help the rest of us. You know, the stereotypes? Jerk.

Next Saturday is SlumberLan, the biggest overnight LAN party happening that day. Brought to you by Yet Another Gaming Show and Teh Pwn Gaming Club. Come on down and see how bad we suck at games.

We will be participating in the Extra Life charity drive on October 8th. Stay aware of this space for more details, or click the link to support our team now. (Culture, gamescom, Industry, MechWarrior, Minecraft, PS Vita, PS3, Retro, Xbox 360)
