The Uncharted series may very well be the flagship franchise on the PlayStation 3, but it has been conspicuously absent from the handheld lineup of first-party games. Bend Studios is bucking that trend, bringing Uncharted: Golden Abyss to the launch of upcoming PlayStation Vita.
A relic of its time or a buried treasure from the past?
I was really hoping this would have made it into one of the collections. Like how they did with the GoW PSP games.
I loved this game. It was like an extension of the first one. Why haven't we gotten an HD release yet?
Sony should have tried harder to support the Vita. It ended up just a solid emulation machine that happens to have a handful of classics.
I really like Uncharted:Golden Abyss on ps vita it would be dope if they remaster it for PlayStation 5
As we come to the end of 2021, let's take a look back as we celebrate many anniversaries that are up and coming next year.
Uncharted Golden Abyss originally pitch had plans for a "Mafia Wars" like multiplayer, and its original expected budget was at $13.5 million.
I remember buying this and the Vita day one in 2012. That was almost ten years ago, damn.
i think uncharted golden abyss will be the key launch title but i also think sounds shape will be the surprise hit of any vita launch title given its extremely positive response at e3. it could be the lumines of psp launch
I think its getting hyped up too much. Its not being done by ND and its a launch title. It will certainly attract customers though.
I got a question? If we buy vita and we pick up this uncharted game, can it be played on the ps3 trow the vita?
It probably will be the best game at launch. However since its not made by ND that could chance. But i am not really worried about that because the Devs making it are good ones.
Probably yes, but it also need some "killer" FPS like COD or BF to sell really well at launch.
