After Kotaku posted a link to IGN's gameplay capture of the Mass Effect sex scene a lot of people started wondering: That's it? Did Bioware get cold feet and cut something out of the final version?
I remember the same form of partial nudity being in Mafia (Though that was a bit more revealing). Still sad to see devs being strick in fear of censors and stupid ratings. (God of War FTW!)
j/k BioWare definitly knows what their doing. Can't wait.
I know exactly which scene in Mafia you are talking about. It will be funny to watch now.
I don't really care if it was or not. That small scene isn't why I'm buying the game.
Now on the other hand, that seems to be the only reason why our horny friend, Socomnick, is getting it. >_>
I guess there's a little something for everyone in Mass Effect.
As for me, I'm going to be the biggest most bad ass mothaf*cker the galaxy has ever known. My Commander Shepard is going to look like he eats kittens for breakfast. ^_^
Yeah, he seems to mention it on every Mass Effect thread.
Every single one.
that "love" scene was really campy
looked like something from a b-movie
man i hope the rest of the dialogues are better
When boobs are blue, you know either there is a very bad infection or she is REALLY HORNY!
and when they are large tits you sometimes see blue veins.
Yeah I'm still getting this game, but I wanted to see alien sex damn it!!! ALIEN SEX!!!!!
the prob with video games is censoring and limits the imagination of creators
those AO ratings should be allow in consoles
just like halo 3 and the xbox360 im getting masseffect earlyer wow i love neweeg.com they have the best service
man....the rating system is affecting games.......seriously i think the esrb needs to make a better system, one that wont restrict developers soo much
Dude in this video the Bioware guy made his female character look just like Micheal Jackson.
I think it was meant to fit the mood of the game, not be a flat-out pornography.
It's admirable that a dev would actually infuse a little passion into a story. Rather than focusing only on monetary greed of players who play evil, it adds the element of lust. Corrupted favors, yes?
Keep in mind they selected the choice "Generosity doesn't pay the bills" or something like that, so that brought on greed and lust. And it could have been flat out rejected. It's more for tone than to get gamers aroused. Sheesh. Movies have been doing it for ages.
I thought it was just right. If it showed more it would lose context and not be tasteful.
