Someone picked up a copy of Mass Effect at K-Mart and put it up on Ebay for sale.
Someone from the BioWare forum bought it with Buy-It-Now.
It would be so funny if for some reason this didn't actually get to the buyer until the 20th.
what an idiot.
Would you not buy a copy of God of War III for 100 bucks if you could play it 2 weeks before anyone else? I would.
but your right if you think he coulda gotten more for it.
damnit I would have paid that....
Why didn't he put it up for auction not buy it now? He could have got more.
i would of charged 120-150 to at least get double
I can imagine a very long thread will be devoted to questions just for him, haha. He has the right to make a review that matters, etc., etc.
Hmm. $100 is quite steep of a price to pay to get a game early.
We pay nearly the equivalent of that here in Europe for a normal release :D
Lol. Don't you guys usually pay that much sometimes to get a late release?
I nearly fell over when I read that comment/question. lmfao= JOY
This isn't news, this is garbage.
That's gay.. but if he gets caught playing it while online he'll probably be suspended.
i mean it seems every game now has the street date broken. some stores just dont care.... hope who every bought it enjoys it, all it means is that he beats it two weeks faster than us...
anyways he should of gottin uncharted and sold that instead
he woulda been out 60 bucks.
I cant belive kmart is selling it early. lol they need business.
Why does this never happen to me? Oh well, I can wait a couple more weeks...I think...
lol, i work at a k-mart (and its my last week too) perhaps i should see if we have them out heck we had the 360 arcade two weeks out before the release date...but they didnt get in trouble because no one wants one anyway
someones boneing the blue chick before me noooooo.
You and your fetish...
another prime example of the broken distribution and release system w/ video games. If the games gold, printed, and shipped to retailers why not bump the date up? If it's ready, and ready to be sold sell it.
If I were a retailer I'd be thinking "this thing is taking up space in our back room and not making us any money sitting there, so let's just stick it on the shelf and get some cash rolling".
Who goes to Kmart anymore?
if you check out 360voice.com and look at mass effect, there has been at least 24 people who have played it while their 360 was connected to live.
