After you watch this video you’ll understand what the future is all about.

PS Vita is incredible but with great power comes great challenges and this challenge has finally become a significant reality.

This is pretty awesome and I didn't know this could be done with Android devices, but is this only playing Android Market games? Will it do PS Suite games? Will it do PS Minis? Will it do PSN games? and will it do anything that can compete with Vita's quality level? Because these games shown are pretty much NES quality.

I am intrigued to see more in the follow up! I'm still pumped for Vita and honestly don't believe smartphones have arrived for the "hardcore" gamer still.

OMG here i was expecting something completely different and he shows off a PS3 controller running on an Android wow. How the hell does that compete with anything? You are completely right, it will play none of those games. I mean, there is a huge difference here and this is just plain stupid.

I don't like touchscreen gaming and all, but PSV has it with buttons. How does this compare to anything either way? PSV has buttons and touch screen and all accessible with a simple movement. Why would carrying around a DS3 and an Android be the future.

Also try fitting both those things in your dam pocket and why would anyone want to carry both?

"PS Vita Has Met It's Match And It's Not The 3DS, The Future Is Here"

I am sorry but how is this a big game changer? This is completely stupid when you compare it like that.

WTF 3DS is better then this IMO

Probably the worse title I have ever seen from HHG. Cool Idea I guess, but he had to go and make it into some sort of comparison.

A PS3 controller running on an android phone?
In one pocket you carry your touch-only phone. In the other you carry a PS3 controller.
Yeah, those bundles will sell.... lol

If only there was a way you could combine a multi-touch screen device with PlayStation controls with dual analog sticks....Hmmm....Oh that's right! It's called a PS Vita.

Nice title HHG.

PS Vita has no TV out cable!
The only thing that keeps the PS Vita from owning everything out there is the TV out cable.

PS Vita 2000 maybe? Damn Sony!
DaTruth  +   1483d ago
Quite true, I'm not getting screwed like I did the last time, I'm waiting for the TV out model!
farhad2k8  +   1483d ago
I'm pretty sure there will be a device where you can play it on a TV, the first ever 'FAT' PSP never had a TV out, but you could buy that wireless thing and play it on a TV?.
farhad2k8  +   1483d ago
This video is basically saying.. "PSV has met it's match, the GBA". LOL

All you can do on android phones is play fucking 2D games, you can only play some PS1 games, and that's about it.
Plus, a powerful android phone costs twice as much as the PSV.
Forgot to mention online play aswell. This article is fucking stupid.

Met it's match?

Not really. The PSV is portable. I don't know how many people would want to carry a Dual Shock 3 around with them...
BubbleSniper  +   1483d ago
don't forget the analogue sticks!
jc48573  +   1483d ago
wait, isn't this what Sony wants? I'm pretty sure Sony knew of this.

English is not my first language and even I know that the tittle goes like this (づ。◕‿‿◕。)づ:

"PS Vita has met its match and is not the 3DS, the future is here".

And the tittle doesn't even make sense to begin with. lol

maybe not with the current gen of devices but this could be cool with the next gen of IOS games. Portability no because I don't even want to carry a phone and gaming device but I will for Vita...come here you sexy little thing you. Come give daddy a kiss lol.

I think Android has its own problems with those patents that have been acquired by Microsoft and Apple. Android could be shagged very soon at the very least its gonna be alot less profitable in for Google
Venomousfatman  +   1482d ago
A lot of people I keep hearing are thinking of waiting to buy a PS Vita instead of getting a 3DS. I'm still not sure what I'm going to go with.
