Ars Technica writes: "Tabula Rasa makes an incredible first impression, and proves that MMO titles don't need to be scary for first-time players. We spend four hours in-game. The four hours flew by almost instantly, and I wanted to play more; this is why I try to avoid MMO titles."
"What I can say is that even if the game does get boring at the later levels, you'll have had a great time playing many, many hours to get there. In the days of $60 console games that are over in six hours, it's not hard to justify Tabula Rasa. I also went in cold; I usually bring friends and voice chat into games like this, and I can imagine how much fun I would have had with a solid party backing me up."
