Except, with EA Origin you would be supporting the devil that in turn feeds off you! Unfortunately for us, they are now the game industry's darling, since everyone has seem to all forgotten about EA's policy:

- Get banned from your account on EA website and bar you from playing your games. Basically in their discretion they can ban you from your games if you use any of their websites. Yes, their terms of service is that loose.
- EA also used to have a limit on how many times you can download a game you purchased!
- Your account goes dormant without use? They can delete your games after 2-years of inactivity.
- EA introduced online passes severely restricting the freedom of you can use your game. All the while EA is crying about support, then turns around and tells the world that they made $220+ million profit last QUARTER alone, a jump from same time last year of $170+ million.

Ask yourself again, why would you want to support a company that not only profits from you, but turns around and p1sses on you all the while you are saying thank you! It was rather refreshing, because it is hot today!

I'm for competition, but pray to the Gods that EA won't be a major player.

If Ea ends up keeping its games off steam and only on origin then they will only be hurting themselvs and loosing alot of sales.
