They use the accelerometer to turn in their game?

Wow... whipping around the Wii U tablet controller doesn't seem like it would be a good way to play a shooter, but... who am I to judge, right?

You'd think they could do the same thing with the SixAxis, Move, or the Wiimote, and it wouldn't even be so unwieldy, but... I dunno maybe that Wii U controller is super duper (official tech term) or something.

Perhaps the SixAxis can do it too, but it sounds like they can do MORE with the tablet and thats why it's a perfect fit. You actually look at the screen as you move the tablet around.
The demo they showed, Killers from space(?),does indeed show that the concept works. But it looked like it needed to be polished/tweaked a bit more.

I'm pretty sure they will give you different layouts to play with.

I really dont believe them on this one. There are 2 circle pads which are less precise than analogs. I hope I cant get used to them..

" There are 2 circle pads which are less precise than analogs."

They are not the same as the 3DS one. These have more control.
And they are talking about moving the tablet infront of you, you don't use the circle pads.

o u have actually used the wiiU pad have you? u say they are less precise than analog?

Maxned2605d ago

Circle pads in general are never more precise than analogs. And Ive read in numerous previews that they are really awkward and less precise.

So dont be a smartass and defend the WiiU no matter what. You can be a fan of something without being a fanboy, you know.

Have you? I'm taking what is confirmed in interviews by nintendo themselves. The 3DS circle pads have less depth according to them.

Any source regarding the WiiU controller?
Do you? There was NOTHING "smartass" about my comment at all.
You people make up fanboys, cause that's how you operate on this website.

it will be fun but a bit tiresome.

No thanks i'll stick to the playstation move for shooters if if it's supported by shooter game & if not i'll use a standard controller's controls as im sure most others will as well but id rather play shooters with move instead!
