The player likeness lawsuit against the NCAA, CLC, and Electronic Arts takes another turn. EA had been dismissed from the suit in May but has now lost on the dismissal after new allegations were added.
They should just allow EA/Video Games to use college player names and give money from the game profits to go to scholarships for non-atheletes. That would be a great way to get around this and come out with something positive.
