Interview with the director Unearthed: Trail of Ibn Battuta

Unearthed: Trail of Ibn Battuta is an episodic third person action adventure video game set in modern day Middle East. When fortune hunter Faris Jawad and his sister Dania receive a call to visit Morocco they embark on an exotic adventure throughout the middle east on the trail of the famous Muslim explorer Ibn Battuta. The trail won't be clear however as Faris will have to overcome an unholy alliance of a militia army leader, a weapons dealer and a wealthy antiquities smuggler who are after the same goal!

The story is too old to be commented.

This how Uncharted would look in the Fringe world.

Can't read Arab. Dear G4Games, what was this thief's answere to your first question "why the hell is your first big budget game a blatant rip-off of one of the best new IP's this generation?"

Chrono1826d ago

His answer in the article was that Uncharted is a rip-off of Tomb Raider, and Tomb Raider is a rip-off of Indiana Jones...

Thanks Chrono, that answer fills the douchebagmeter of this moron to a full 100%. Anything on the loading screen? Will we see a rotating oillamp at the right bottom of the screen? In the 2nd half of the game, will it be mummies or bad genies? I'm pretty sure we won't get to hear anything about bringing a hooker to a mosque, but will there be anything else for laughs? Buka al Pintu?

So many questions, perhaps I just should buy the game after all:)
